Atlantic CommTech Corporation (ACT-Corp) supports mission essential requirements by providing communications infrastructure, security solutions, Radio Frequency (RF) communications and Information Technology (IT) engineering, installation, maintenance and repair services. Our primary customer is the U.S. federal government, specifically the Department of State (DoS), the Department of Defense (DoD), and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).  Our company has supported all branches of the military, as well as a variety of large and small business partners globally, since our inception in 1999.

A Global Footprint

Atlantic CommTech Corporation has the experience and global reach to meet and exceed challenging project demands. We have completed projects in 40 states, in over 140 countries, on every populated continent, and in many of the world's high-conflict regions. Headquartered in Norfolk, VA, ACT-Corp also has a branch office in Ramstein, Germany and maintains a presence in Washington, DC; Sumter, SC; North Charleston, SC; and several locations in Southwest Asia.

National and International Standards

In support of worldwide and mission critical requirements, ACT-Corp has adopted a disciplined approach to ensure our services are of the highest quality and are delivered on time.  We adhere to Telecommunication Industry Association (TIA) standards, Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) methodologies, and customer-specific requirements in order to develop error-free, standards-based designs and solutions.  ACT-Corp is committed to the development of highly skilled and certified personnel. As a corporate member of BICSI, we comply with BICSI training and certification standards for our employees.  Among our 100+ employees, we currently have three BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDDs).  We also comply with the National Electrical Code, National Electrical Safety Code and customer-specific requirements while implementing engineering and installation tasks.  Our Information Assurance (IA) team is Security+ certified and meets DoDI 8570.1 M qualifications.

Responsive Sophisticated Management

Atlantic CommTech Corporation's processes and culture support rigorous standards and we have the necessary agility to respond to our customer's needs.  We have developed reliable and detailed policies and procedures to ensure project success.  These management processes include a Communications Services Framework based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and an ISO-9001:2015 certified Quality Management System (QMS).  To support our projects, we use a virtual Program Management Office (vPMO) accessible through a secure portal.  This allows us to provide mature processes and sophisticated tools for highly effective, responsive, and interactive project management to ensure we meet our commitments and provide the ultimate in customer satisfaction.  Furthermore, ACT-Corp emphasizes professionalism and safety, and we invest heavily in training and adherence to the highest standards.  Our commitment to the highest quality solutions and services is our key to achieving and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction on every project.
