One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) is designed to address agencies' need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products at the task order level. These professional service requirements may call for solutions that cross over multiple disciplines, include ancillary support, and require commercial and/or non-commercial items, using a variety of contract types including fixed-price (all types), cost reimbursement (all types), time and materials/labor hour, or a hybrid mix of contract types. Additionally, task orders may include incentives, performance-based measures, multi-year or option periods, and commercial or non-commercial items.
OASIS SB is a family of 7 separate Government-wide Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts that span 28 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes and 6 NAICS Code Exceptions under the economic subsector 541, Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. This OASIS SB task order contract falls under Pool 3.
The services to be provided under OASIS SB are intended to meet the professional service mission requirements of all Federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Community. OASIS SB may be used to support and/or improve an organization's Program Management, Management Consulting, Engineering, Scientific, Logistics, and Financial disciplines that span all life cycle phases for a total integrated solution.
OUR CAPABILITIES
Atlantic CommTech Corporation (ACT-Corp), incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia, won a prime position under the estimated $60 billion GSA Small Business OASIS program in Pool 3 (NAICS code 541330 – Engineering Services).
ACT-Corp's key business areas are Information Technology (Cyber), Communications Infrastructure, Security Systems and Radio Frequency Systems engineering and installation services that support mission essential requirements. We are experienced in engineering, design, installation, testing and follow-up support for the U.S. Government in over 138 countries, which puts us in the position to provide the required SB OASIS Engineering Services of Pool 3.
OUR CUSTOMERS
Our primary customer is the U.S. federal government. Our key customers are the Department of State, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Homeland Security. Headquartered in Norfolk, VA, ACT-Corp also has locations in the Northern Capital Region; Dallas, TX; Huntsville, AL and overseas in Ramstein, Germany. Our European location allows us to dispatch personnel in a quick and cost-effective manner to many areas in and around the European Theater, including Southwest Asian operations.
OUR STANDARDS
We adhere to Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) standards, Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) methodologies, and customer-specific requirements in order to develop error-free, standards-based designs and solutions.
Additionally, ACT-Corp has a disciplined approach to ensure our services are delivered on time, the first time. We have developed mature processes to include an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based Communications Services Framework along with an ISO-9001:2015 certified Quality Management System and detailed policies and procedures. Having a history of successfully supporting multiple IDIQ contracts and programs involving frequent Task Order and RFQ requests, we have the necessary skills to respond to these requests quickly and efficiently.
